ROSES
Rose care is important to help get the best of your roses. All roses have "guard petals", these are often a bit bruised or damaged, they are left on and sent to you like that to absorb any further damage in transit. On arrival, peel the guard petals off, cut stems and put into fresh water - this should give you a beautiful rose that will be wonderful to work with!
GERBERAS
To keep your Gerberas looking great, growers have advised us to let you know to do the following when you receive your Gerbera:-
. Cut stems at base and put flowers in fresh water
. Take OFF sleeves, this will allow heads to breathe - Gerberas exude water through their petals so leaving sleeves on will allow them to sweat
. Wiring your Gerbera will also strengthen it so it is less likely to droop
IRIS
Iris will have approximately a 3 day bloom period before fading. When you receive your Iris it is important to cut the stems and hydrate if you wish to encourage the flower to bloom.
All flowers and foliage will last longer and revitalise if you cut the stems and put into fresh water on arrival.
PRODUCT DAMAGED - NOT HAPPY? PLEASE GET IN TOUCH
At Fresh Cut Flowers we pride ourselves on providing credits in a timely manner when product is received in poor condition/damaged or incorrect amount supplied.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving poor quality/incorrect product. By receiving your request for a refund as soon as possible we may be able to contact our supplier/grower/importer or courier to request a credit if the issue is likely to be with them.
ROSES
If you are unhappy with a rose and it has sustained more damage than you can work with, please take a photo and send it into us with how many stems in a bunch are unusable and also the description ie. 50cm Indian rose, 60cm Local Rose, 40cm Colombian Medium Rose so we can assess, and where appropriate, action a credit.
COLOMBIAN PREMIUM ROSES
If there is excess damage to a bunch of Colombian Premium roses, or even if one stem of the bunch/deck is broken please take a photo of this AND ALSO THE BARCODE ON THE PACKAGING and the OUTSIDE CARDBOARD WRAP. We have several importers supplying us Colombian roses and we can claim a refund from them if they have proof that the rose comes from them.
CONSISTENT POOR QUALITY
If you are noticing one variety of product is consistently not meeting your expectations in quality, please get in touch and let us know. It may be that the distance travelled is too hard on the flower, it may be that we need to look at how we are packaging flowers, whatever the reason, we cannot provide or work out a solution if we do not know about the problem.

We had another busy day Monday ! , here's a photo showing just few of the hundreds of cartons full of flowers that we purchased / picked / packed all in the space of a day to ensure we get the fastest turn around of fresh flowers possible.
